My Carousels are not getting enough views
Last year all of my carousels went on the Explore page and got thousands of impressions from there. This year whatever I do my carousels reach from the Explore page is like 0.1-2% (300 views) and that's it. Mostly my followers see them and most of the time not even half of them. Reels are doing well (sometimes). Does anyone have an idea on what should I do? This is happening on two separate girl profiles on different phones with their own 5g internet so I guess I'm not the only one having these issues.

@András Gecii I think it might be more about adapting the format stronger first slide, more “hooky” storytelling, maybe even mixing carousel, Reel strategy instead of relying on one. Have you tried changing your first slide style or testing more viral style hooks, or are you posting the same way as last year?

@András Gecii had a similar issue before and it wasn’t really the content either, it was more account performance and consistency across different pages; what helped me fix it was working with a social media management team who reviewed my accounts and adjusted things like posting structure, engagement timing, and overall account signals, and that’s what made the difference for me have you ever tried getting a proper account audit like that?

@Tiaan Rhode first reels can vary a lot, usually anywhere from a few hundred to a couple thousand views depending on niche and engagement, so I think it’s less about the exact number and more about consistency and how people interact with the content.

@Alexis Ai If it’s for Instagram, they do sometimes ask for ID to verify accounts, especially after a suspension, but generally it’s safe as long as it’s submitted through the official app or website and not any third-party link; has anyone here successfully recovered their account after submitting ID?
