I am a beginner, I don't know anything, I want to create AI influencer and earn money, so how can I create ?

We've hired some new & experienced guys recently (and we are hiring more - drop a DM!) Everyone is from Europe (Romanian, Czech, Spanish, Italian, Kosovo). ... so we have the capacity to take on a few more clients now. Our goal is to both sell hard on the first interaction AND maintain the relationship with the gooner so that we turn him into a repeat buyer; - Our sales analytics show a medium revenue of 25$ / paid subscriber / month on Fanvue and a medium revenue of 10$ / gooner / month on Telegram (Lustify); - We're 12 guys in total so we can handle A LOT of workload 24/7 if required; - We don't ask for a fixed amount of money. We don't sell - you don't pay! - Our English level is very good; - Our commission is market standard, we aren't expensive. But if your account has low traffic or is badly targeted, we might want to negotiate a higher commission until it gets to where it needs to be (at least 20 free subs or 4 paid subs a day, at least 30% US market); - Everyone who has worked with me so far can atest to the fact that I am not at all greedy, I am very fair and very determined to make everyone money; As a bonus, if we decide to work together, I offer my services as a consultant. Last year all of my carousels went on the Explore page and got thousands of impressions from there. This year whatever I do my carousels reach from the Explore page is like 0.1-2% (300 views) and that's it. Mostly my followers see them and most of the time not even half of them. Reels are doing well (sometimes). Does anyone have an idea on what should I do? This is happening on two separate girl profiles on different phones with their own 5g internet so I guess I'm not the only one having these issues.
