Histamine foods
Seems like when I eat foods containing histamines, lymph drainage slows down. Has anyone else noticed that?
Lymph and fatigue
How does lymphatic stagnation contribute to chronic fatigue? Is it indirect? Fewer nutrients being absorbed from the gut, and more energy being used to keep toxins contained when they are not flushed out. Anything else?

4-7-8 Breath
The 4 7 8 breath is definitely aggravating my hip, just on the left. I am guessing is the psoas that originates near the diaphragm that is being stressed. Has anyone else had that happen? Any ideas how to reduce the aggravation?

4-7-8 BREATHING
@Jared Burch Why can the longer exhale feel more challenging that the inhale. I would have guessed the inhale would be more challenging when the diaphragm has chronically not been used properly. BTW I am absolutely loving your explanations of how the lymph works. Fascinating! The breath part?? Well, I was a chronic breath holder and very shallow breather for most of my life (decades) due to being stuck in habituated freeze. Discovering how that would have affected my lymph drainage is enlightening!

My exhale is harder too. Feels like the diaphragm works harder pulling upwards.
Lymph and Chronic Fatigue
As I read and learn here, I see how stagnant lymph likely affects immune function, and even gut and liver because the drain is direct. But how about chronic fatigue? Is it indirect? Extra energy used for the body to cope with toxins that aren't getting cleared, and less energy available because nutrients are not being distributed? Together those lead to chronic fatigue?

Retired, been not well for years. Love my family. Hoping lymph drainage will help.
