September Happy Cell Challenge!
For those that are just now joining us and or for those that want to continue on, we are keeping this challenge going! Starting September 1, we kick off another month of the Happy Cell Song Challenge with now 2, HCSC live groups going daily. The lives kick off at 6:30am (EST) and 10am (MST Arizona). I would recommend checking out the Lymphatic Drainage Courses and then Movements Course in the Classroom tab at the top of this Skool. It just might be what you are looking for to help with inflammation and stiffness at home!
