💛 THANK YOU! 💛
Today is the very last day of August—and the final day of our challenge. You all completely blew me away! I want to take you behind the curtain for a minute… My #1 goal this month wasn’t simply to increase participation & give away free refrigerators—it was to create a true community. A place where people come because they want to learn, share recipes, talk honestly about their challenges and feel safe asking questions—not because they have to endure reading another boring post. 😂 We started August with: ➡️ 32 members at Level 2 ➡️ No one above Level 2 ➡️ Very little interaction I created the FULL RECIPE COLLECTION in the Classroom as the Level 3 reward because I honestly thought reaching Level 3 would be a stretch. BOY, WAS I WRONG! We now have: 🎉 More than 105 members at Level 2 or higher. 🎉 25 members at Level 3 🎉 9 members at Level 4 🎉 10 members at Level 5 I wasn’t prepared for so many of you to go beyond Level 3—there isn’t even anything new to unlock at Levels 4 and 5 yet in the Classroom! You did that completely on your own. ------------------------------------------------------------- I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible people who joined this group and helped set its tone. I couldn’t be happier to lock arms with all of you as we ride the wave of this crazy peptide journey together. THANK YOU! 💛 -------------------------------------------------------------- Now I need your input and collaboration! Instead of me deciding what you should unlock at each level, I want YOU to tell me! Level 3 already unlocks the FULL RECIPE COLLECTION in the Classroom. Here are a few ideas I have for the higher levels: 1️⃣ Why You Turn to Food—and What to Do About It A 30 min video training and workbook explaining how your nervous system influences your desire to turn to food—and why it isn’t because you’re weak or lack willpower. Your nervous system is simply trying to keep you safe.
💛 THANK YOU! 💛

I like idea #1!!
🎉 CONGRATULATIONS, TAMMY OVED! 🎉
@Tammy Oved is officially our very first Level 5—Senior Researcher! 📚 She has earned it by interacting with the community, asking great questions, creating helpful posts, and learning a TON in the Classroom! Tammy, we love having you in our community and appreciate everything you bring to the GLP-1 LAB. You worked hard for this achievement! Great job! 👏🎉

🚨FDA UPDATE: What Does This Mean for Our Group?
I know there has been a lot of information—and some scary headlines—circulating about the FDA and peptides. I’ve been watching it closely, and I want to give you a calm, honest update. First, the FDA is not simply “shutting down all peptides.” What they ARE doing is increasing enforcement around: - Companies making false or misleading medical claims - Products being sold as though they are FDA-approved when they are not - Questionable or unverified ingredients entering the United States - Sellers marketing research products specifically for human use - Products that may not meet quality or manufacturing standards The FDA has also created a “green list” for certain GLP-1 ingredient manufacturers that have been evaluated and appear to meet its manufacturing standards. That tells us the focus is not just on stopping products—it is also on improving accountability and keeping questionable ingredients out of the supply chain. ----------------------------------------- So, what does this mean for us? It means we continue doing exactly what responsible businesses SHOULD be doing: 🔬 Paying close attention to sourcing and quality 🧪 Requesting independent testing and documentation 📋 Carefully reviewing the information we receive ⚖️ Being honest that research peptides are not FDA-approved medications 📚 Providing education without making promises or medical claims 👀 Staying informed and adjusting whenever regulations or guidance change Can anyone honestly promise that research peptides are completely risk-free? No—and I will never tell you something that isn’t true. What I CAN promise is that I take this seriously. I am watching the changes, asking questions, checking documentation, and doing everything reasonably within my control to protect this community and make responsible decisions. If something changes that affects our group orders, I will tell you. I’m not going to hide information, create panic, or pretend concerns don’t exist. For now, there is no reason to panic. We will continue moving forward carefully, responsibly, and transparently—just as we always have.

💉 Bruising, Swelling, or Pain After an Injection: Is It Normal?
One common question I get is: "I have a bruise (or a bump, or it's sore)... did I do something wrong?" The good news is... Most of the time, the answer is NO. Small bruises, temporary swelling, or mild soreness after an injection are very common and usually aren't anything to worry about. Even nurses who give injections every day occasionally leave themselves with a bruise. Let's talk about why it happens and what you can do to reduce the chances next time. ----------------------------------------------- Why Do Bruises Happen? Under your skin are thousands of tiny blood vessels called capillaries. Sometimes the needle accidentally passes through one of these tiny vessels. When that happens, a small amount of blood leaks under the skin, creating a bruise. It doesn't mean: ❌ You injected incorrectly. ❌ Your peptide is bad. ❌ You damaged anything important. It simply means you happened to hit a tiny blood vessel. Think of it like poking a straw through a sponge—you usually miss the holes, but every now and then you hit one. ----------------------------------------------- Why Does It Swell? A small raised bump immediately after an injection is also very common. This usually happens because the liquid is sitting just beneath the skin before your body begins absorbing it. Depending on the peptide, the amount injected, and your body, the bump may disappear within a few minutes—or it may take several hours. Sometimes it can even remain until the next day before it's completely absorbed. This is usually normal. ----------------------------------------------- Why Can It Be Sore? Several things can make an injection site feel tender: • The needle irritated the tissue. • The medication itself can sting slightly. • You injected into an area with more nerve endings. • The injection was given a little too quickly. • The tissue became slightly inflamed while healing. Most soreness is mild and improves over the next day or two. ----------------------------------------------- Is It Normal?

This is great info! Thank you 🙏🏼
how many?
I'm curious - an a little nosey :) How many Peptides are you taking? and which ones if you want to answer that part - I'm taking 7 different things from the store if you count the B12 - not a peptide but still - they all different weekly schedules but today I have 6 injections 🙂 and I couldn't be happier about it 🥳
