Today’s post workout meal
Eating healthy doesn’t not to be complicated. In fact, the simple things you enjoy more, especially after a workout. So, I prepared some fish with mashed potatoes and spinach in less than 30 minutes. Right to refuel after my leg workout. Enjoy your day, enjoy your meal!

Meal prep doesn’t have to be complicated
Indeed, meal prep can be quick and easy. Although it looks boring, it can vary in taste. The basics are simple, a source of protein, some carbs and fats. My colleagues asked me if I have the same every week. But it’s not. Even a change of seasoning can make a difference, last week Asian spices, this week Greek. If you find your go to meal, then you could it every day. Bon appetite!

@Michael Champoux that’s great
Banana Bread
Today I tried to make a high protein banana bread. With 167 kcal and 9,6g protein per portion, quite good.

Actually, it was bit improvised as I had some leftovers from Easter: 3 bananas (approx. 400g) 2 eggs 1 protein pudding vanilla 1 scoop of vanilla flavour powder 100g spelt flour 50g baking protein 1 pinch of salt 15g baking powder I added, 40g of desiccated coconut and 30g of chocolate sprinkles. If you leave them , calories will be lower. I could imagine that it also works if you use flavoured protein powder instead of baking protein and flavour powder.

Breakfast - yes or no?
Are you having breakfast when you get up? I, personally, have breakfast about two to three hours after I got up.

@Michael Dean I also have two glasses of water when I get up. Then I usually go to the gym (6 am), after that I have a protein shake. When in office, I have my breakfast (Skyr, oats, berries) and first coffee.
