Meal prep doesn’t have to be complicated
Indeed, meal prep can be quick and easy. Although it looks boring, it can vary in taste. The basics are simple, a source of protein, some carbs and fats. My colleagues asked me if I have the same every week. But it’s not. Even a change of seasoning can make a difference, last week Asian spices, this week Greek.
