I'M COMING OUT OF RETIREMENT 😅
Sort of... For years I've spent thousands of hours coaching business owners, marketers, coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs. Lately I've been focused on building systems instead of spending all day answering questions. But after watching some of you show up, do the work, post your wins, ask great questions, and actually implement... I've decided to make a comeback. Here's the deal: 🚀 Reach Level 5 and beyond inside GrowthLAB. 🚀 Unlock access to over $2,500+ worth of coaching and support. 🚀 No hidden high-ticket upsell. 🚀 No application. 🚀 No sales call. 🚀 No catch. You don't need to pay me. You don't need to DM me. You don't need to buy anything. You simply need to earn points. And let's be honest... Getting points in Skool is ridiculously easy. ✅ Ask questions ✅ Share wins ✅ Complete homework ✅ Help other members ✅ Stay active The people who participate get rewarded. The people who lurk get to watch. I'll be checking in daily. Not for hours. Not running endless Zoom calls. Just a few minutes each day. Answering questions. Reviewing homework. Providing feedback. Helping the people who are actually moving. The vision for GrowthLAB has always been simple: Reward action. Reward implementation. Reward momentum. So if you've been sitting on the sidelines... This is your sign. Level up. Unlock the rewards. And let's build something worth talking about. 👇 Drop a comment below and tell me your current level.

Level 3 and rising!
Video Tip
I want to incorporate some videos that will accompany the teachings in the classrooms, what are some best practices I should take into account. I have no editing skills and have never really made videos like this before. Anything helps Thanks!
📘 DAY 5 – Set Up Your Skool Community (Drop Your Homework Here)
The final day. The day everything comes together. Today isn’t about “learning.”It’s about building the actual home your offer will live in — your Skool layout, modules, levels, onboarding, retention plan… the whole ecosystem that turns strangers into paying members. And yeah — this is the day where most people feel the overwhelm creep in. So if that’s you? Welcome to the club. Take a breath. You’re good. Nothing great was ever built in one shot. This is just version 1. 🎯 Goal of Day 5 Turn your roadmap + offer + brand into a real community structure using the Day 5 bot. By the end of today, you’ll have: - Your Skool levels - Your three modules that match your 3 stages - Your onboarding flow - Your retention plan - Your ascension planAll sketched out and ready to plug into Skool. 🧠 How Day 5 Works 1️⃣ Open the Day 5 module in the classroom and watch the walkthrough. 2️⃣ Open your Day 5 bot. 3️⃣ Type: Start Day 5 4️⃣ Answer each question one at a time. 5️⃣ The bot will generate the full layout for your Skool community. This includes: - Level 1, 2, and 3 names + focus - Module 1, 2, and 3 names + structure - Your onboarding flow - Your retention plan - Your ascension options - Your weekly cadence - Your upgrade paths This is the blueprint for what happens AFTER someone joins your group — the thing most coaches never build, which is why they stall. 📝 DAY 5 HOMEWORK Drop these in the comments: 1️⃣ Your Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 names 2️⃣ Your 3 Module titles 3️⃣ Your Onboarding Flow (3–5 bullet points) 4️⃣ Your Retention Plan (what keeps people engaged each week) 5️⃣ Your Ascension Plan (what they can upgrade into) Copy/paste from your bot output — don’t overthink it. This is version one. We refine later.

So attached are my current brand identity and the brank kit the bot helped me with. Just as a reminder, it has taken me weeks to build my into what it is and this bot closely replicated my vision in a matter of minutes. However, the prompts i have given the bot were based on my own refining, as well as @Matthew Lopez recommendations that have led it to this. I just wanted to leave this here, of new members, as a testament, that I could have been further with a good plan and the bot does do a really great job of bringing your brand and community to life. The one with the Sword and shield is my current brand identity and what Ill be staying with, but the fact that the bot created one that was so close is awesome.

Clarification, the logos stay. The voice and words will change because I cannot ignore that the bot, and Matt have both giving me better direction on voice and tone
How do I change my mindset?
So quick backstory. military for a couple decades, family man for a couple decades, and a personal training for over a decade. I can coach, lead, train and follow people. I have had direct leadership and responsibility for 50+ people at one time, I do one-on-one and small group fitness coaching, and i do small group discipleship coaching. So I have 1:1, and 1:few down pretty good. I cannot seem to wrap my head around 1:many. Where I need help adjusting my mindset, is I have never been in a world where I didn't have direct connection or contact with people that I am working with. And I know how much time I invest VS. the amount of people and type of coaching I do. I cannot for the life of me fathom how operating a community with 100+ people is accomplished. I can only think in terms of working with one, or a group, and then multiplying it. I know I do provide an amazing product and bring plenty of knowledge and wisdom to my community and clients, but how do I retain the same level of impact when I serving more people than I can imagine at this point. BTW i only have 10 men in my community and they were all personally invited for strategic reasons. So no paying customers yet, and because I'm only on day 2 of the 5 day plan, I don't have an outlook on how or how many will show up. But preparation for future me problems is always in my forethought. Thank Mark!

@Matthew Lopez I appreciate it. Turning off the future problem vision in my brain is hard. My entire career has been built on identifying problems for my commanders before they exist and solve them or have COAs to ensure the problem doesn't surface. So it's a struggle for me to not think about those things. I'll work on it though
