How do I change my mindset?
So quick backstory. military for a couple decades, family man for a couple decades, and a personal training for over a decade. I can coach, lead, train and follow people. I have had direct leadership and responsibility for 50+ people at one time, I do one-on-one and small group fitness coaching, and i do small group discipleship coaching. So I have 1:1, and 1:few down pretty good. I cannot seem to wrap my head around 1:many. Where I need help adjusting my mindset, is I have never been in a world where I didn't have direct connection or contact with people that I am working with. And I know how much time I invest VS. the amount of people and type of coaching I do. I cannot for the life of me fathom how operating a community with 100+ people is accomplished. I can only think in terms of working with one, or a group, and then multiplying it. I know I do provide an amazing product and bring plenty of knowledge and wisdom to my community and clients, but how do I retain the same level of impact when I serving more people than I can imagine at this point. BTW i only have 10 men in my community and they were all personally invited for strategic reasons. So no paying customers yet, and because I'm only on day 2 of the 5 day plan, I don't have an outlook on how or how many will show up. But preparation for future me problems is always in my forethought. Thank Mark!

Mark, I think you're looking at this through the lens of a coach when you need to start looking at it through the lens of a leader. For years, your success has come from direct contact. You coached the soldier. You coached the client. You discipled the individual. That's 1:1 leadership. A community is different. Your job isn't to personally transform 100 people. Your job is to build an environment where transformation happens. Think about the military. A commanding officer doesn't personally train every soldier. He establishes the mission, the standards, the culture, and the systems. The leaders beneath him help carry the mission forward. The same thing happens in a successful community. The goal isn't:"How do I coach 100 people?" The goal is:"How do I create a place where 100 people can grow together?" The reality is that even if you had 1,000 members, only a small percentage will actively engage at any given time. Most will watch, learn, and consume content quietly. That's normal. Your impact won't come from having 100 personal conversations. It will come from: - One post that helps 100 people. - One live training that reaches 50 people. - One member's breakthrough that inspires 20 others. - Creating a culture where members begin helping each other. The other thing I'd challenge you on is this: Don't solve future problems that don't exist yet. You have 10 men. Serve those 10 men exceptionally well. Get them results. Document what works. Refine your systems. The answers for leading 100 men will reveal themselves while leading the first 10. Right now, your biggest challenge isn't scaling. It's proving the model. And based on your background in leadership, fitness, and discipleship, I think you're far more prepared for this than you realize. Focus on building leaders, not followers. That's how one man impacts hundreds without having hundreds of one-on-one conversations. 💪🔥
Day 1 of the 5-Day Skool Launch Challenge is officially live.
🎥Replay is up. The bot is ready. Now it’s on you. If you’re in this community and still: - Doing 1:1 calls you secretly resent - Capped at $5–10K months - “Thinking about” launching your Skool for the last… year …then Day 1 is non-negotiable. Today we’re doing ONE thing: Define the painful problem you solve + the transformation you deliver. Not “17 offers.”Not “a menu.”One problem. One result. One clear offer people actually understand. And I made this stupid simple: - Watch the Day 1 replay - Open the Skool Launch Coach Bot - Type: Start Day 1 - Answer like a human, not a copywriter - Let the bot turn it into: Then… 👉 Go to the DAY 1 – Clarify Your Offer (Drop Your Homework Here) post 👉 Comment with: - Who you help - Your Pain → Path → Promise - Your Hero Statement If you can’t give yourself 60–90 minutes to do this, the problem isn’t “the algorithm.” It’s that you’re building a business on vibes, not decisions. Finish Day 1. Post your homework. That’s how you: - Start qualifying for Premium unlock for free - And stop pretending “one day” is a strategy See you in the comments, not just on the member list. 😉 Matthew

@Mark Row you’re really close. The heart and mission are strong. The biggest thing I’d challenge you on is replacing vague outcomes like “purpose” and “discipline” with outcomes people can actually SEE in their life. Most people don’t wake up saying:“I need more purpose.” They say: - “I can’t stay consistent.” - “I’m overweight and tired.” - “I feel disconnected from God.” - “I keep quitting.” - “I waste hours every night.” - “I know I’m capable of more.” - “I don’t feel like the man/woman I should be.” That’s the language we want to use. Instead of saying:“I help Christians find purpose and discipline…” Try saying things like: - build a daily routine rooted in faith - lose weight and regain energy - stay consistent with prayer, workouts, and healthy habits - stop wasting nights scrolling or binge eating - become mentally sharper and spiritually stronger - lead their family with confidence - follow through on commitments instead of quitting The more specific the outcome feels, the more people will instantly feel:“Dang… that’s me.” I’d also encourage you to narrow in on WHO specifically you help most. For example: - Christian fathers - men struggling with consistency - busy Christian entrepreneurs - Christian moms rebuilding structure - veterans - men wanting to lead their family better Specific audiences create stronger messaging. Here are a few stronger examples you could model from: “I help Christian men rebuild their faith, fitness, and daily habits so they can lose weight, regain confidence, and become stronger leaders at home.” OR “I help Christians create a faith-centered routine that helps them stay consistent spiritually, mentally, and physically.” OR “I help Christian fathers stop living inconsistent lives by building faith, fitness, and accountability systems they actually stick to.” You don’t need to sound motivational… you need people reading your content to say:“That’s exactly what I’m struggling with.”

@Mark Row like it.. for me to love it.. add a timeline.. in 7 days, 21 days, 30 days, 3 weeks, 90 days, ect... typically you will invite people to a small 7-30 day challenge for free or almost nothing($197) surrounding your first 3 steps. Then you will invite those who complete an opportunity to continue to work withyour for your fulll 90 day 9 step program from $1500-$5000 (minus the initial investment).
📘 DAY 3 – Build Your 9-Step Roadmap (Drop Your Homework Here)
Day 3 is LIVE. Catch the replay HERE 🎯 Goal of Day 3 Turn everything in your head into a simple 9-step journey (in 3 stages) that takes your avatar from stuck → clear → transformed. This roadmap becomes the backbone of your Skool community: - Your modules + lessons - Your lead magnets + workshops - Your content engine - Your delivery system No more “winging it.” After today you have a real product path. 🧠 How Day 3 Works 1️⃣ Watch the Day 3 replay in the classroom. 2️⃣ Open the Skool Launch Coach Bot. 3️⃣ Type: Start Day 3. 4️⃣ Answer each question in your own words (one at a time): - Where is your avatar starting from right now? - What’s the first thing they MUST learn? - What skills do they need to build next? - What systems do they need to install? - What is the final transformation/finish line? 5️⃣ Let the bot turn this into: - A 9-step roadmap (split into 3 stages) - A clear headline for your roadmap - Lead magnet ideas - Content + workshop topics you can use inside Skool Imperfect is fine. Clarity beats clever every time. ✅ DAY 3 HOMEWORK (POST IT BELOW AS A COMMENT) Once you finish Day 3 in the bot, come back to THIS post and copy/paste: 1️⃣ Your Roadmap Headline“From _________ to _________ in 9 steps.” 2️⃣ Your 3 Stages + 9 Steps Format it like this: Stage 1 – 1. 2. 3. Stage 2 – 1. 2. 3. Stage 3 – 1. 2. 3. 3️⃣ Final Transformation“At the end of this roadmap my avatar has: ________.” 4️⃣ Optional (but powerful): Drop one lead magnet idea or workshop topic the bot gave you that you’re excited to build first. ⚠️ Important Don’t try to make it “perfect.”You can rename steps, tweak wording, and polish visuals later (that’s what Day 4 / Brand + design is for). Today’s win = you have a real, simple roadmap you can plug into your Skool modules, levels, and content. Post your homework below, tag me if you want eyes on it, and then mark Day 3 as Complete in the classroom.

Most Of You Don’t Have A Money Problem. You Have A Lurking Problem.
Most people say they want growth. Very few actually ask questions when the answers are sitting right in front of them for FREE. You’re in a group with someone who’s helped generate over $10,000,000 in business growth and marketing. And the group is quieter than a Blockbuster parking lot in 2026. Some of you are one post away from a breakthrough. One question away from clarity. One connection away from changing your business. But instead… You scroll. Watch. Consume. Disappear. That’s why most people stay stuck. Closed mouths don’t get paid. The people winning online are not always smarter. They’re just louder. More active. More willing to look dumb for 5 minutes to avoid being broke for 5 years. So here’s the move. Over the next 2 weeks… Invite at least 10 people into this FREE group. Rack up 50 leaderboard points. One person wins a full business audit from me worth $2,500. I’ll break down your offer. Your positioning. Your content. Your funnel. Your monetization gaps. And exactly where you’re bleeding money and attention. Most people will read this and do nothing. A few people will take advantage of being in the right room at the right time. We’ll all see who’s who very soon.
