Hello state-changers! A big breath to close week 2 and the work we've done with our 'mental' body! Take a moment to reflect. Which practices have you implemented in your day to day? What have you noticed? What's clicked and what's been challenging? All of it is part of the process and deeper exploration of YOU! REMINDER: Our Week 3 call is TONIGHT! 6.30pm. This week is a very powerful week working with the emotional body and is preparing the way for our Rebirthing Breathwork this coming Sunday (26th). I’ve been rendered homeless after leaving my flatmate/landlords place, basically after a month of being told I won’t amount to anything daily, being told I was lazy daily, I am trying to get on tonight just gotta find a place to stay first

Last Night's Dinner 🤤🤤
Michael, the kids, and I had rice bowls last night. We had brown rice with lots of veges and salad plus tofu, boiled eggs and almonds for a good dose of protein. And I can confirm this was all but completely demolished 😅
