OFV adjustment
Installed the torque tech adj ofv… idle is 32 psi… seems high, light rev, 34-36 psi… no road test yet, but I’m thinking of backing it down a bit. Suggestions? Tow rig 3.54 gears auto 180 ppump…. Ok road test no adjustments made at all. After driving it down the street 20-25 mph sustained FP was up close to 38psi… open road 50-55 mph, FP dropped off to 8psi-10 psi, has not returned to any FP above 10 psi after 4 mile test drive. WTF?

@Jeff Pope I just bought a standard and an adjustable, as I wasn’t sure when it was changed last… both were new, but I’m taking the lift pump out tomorrow and probably installing the stock one then. I think my 973-1 spring comes in, hope it fits, and I don’t blow it up too

PDD hot rod ofv issue may be resolved
I took the original lift pump and took the pushrod out to find it seems a tad longer than the PDD rod. There is a nice rattle inside the old pump. Shown in pictures and video

@Tyler Basham yeah, I’m not mad about spending $400 for a quality product, but one good rip on a test drive destroying one, most likely two of them, is not going to work for me. Honestly, it’s probably because the plunger is too short, but for that money it needs to have a pair of lips IMO

BD pusher electric fan
Here are the true numbers… 2.5” total and 1.25” fan… hopefully it will fit inside the grill and bumper for the Fluidyne Aux Trans cooler.

@John Wendell Thanks... more stuff being done today. I am getting a BD electric fan for the trans cooler, and a 160 degree switch. I am also about to change the lift pump I installed, as it is leaking and after yesterday's install of the Tork Tek OFV, now only getting 8-10 psi of FP. I installed the adj OFV started it, guauge read 32 psi at idle... two miles later, 8-10 psi is all I am getting. We'll see shortly what the results are after replacement of lift pump.

Any body know of a jen 1 or a square body cummins for sale , it needs to be in fair condition , my son is looking one . we dont seam to be able to get any thing any good hear.
