Still working on the console… I have pyro, Trans temp, boost, and fuel pressure gauges. Not a fan of pillar mount. Been working on fuel system upgrades, transmission lines fo aux cooler arrive tomorrow, so focusing on that atm. But shortly I will have to focus primarily on the console, as everything else should be more or less finished.
Today is prime time
I still need to attach the fuel push-lock fittings and secure the tank with the straps, but after that, Big Red should come back to life today. For reference: Installed: Fass suction tube, 1/2" feed and return lines, Larry B banjo bolts, and OFV, and shutdown solenoid (old was was trashed, no boot remaining) PDD Hot Rod Mechanical Fuel Pump, 3k governor springs. Hopefully I'll get a start up vid. Also installed, Crazy Carl's intake horn, while deleting the grid heater. Not looking forward to the workout I'm probably going to get...

@Robert Winkworth i had to open it twice, before it worked. I was solo on the finishing touches, so its just running.

Prime time update. Fass suction tube is not the way to go. I ended up only getting the tank to a little less than 1/4 before sucking air, barely a difference. I have a leak somewhere in or around the tank sending unit or fass draw setup. I'll drop the tank again today, and try and find the issue. I did try and fill the tank, but it was not wanting to flow freely down the filler neck and was difficult to fill. The fill tube and vent tube most likely the culprit. I will get back down there today and address all issues and hope I can manage to fix them. I know it's not rocket science, but sure glad I was running low on fuel, 38 gallon tank drop would really suck.

@Dan Marquardt I have never seen such bad shopping experiences since I got my 5.9L diesel. I don't know how everyone else in the world has figured it out, but the HD Truck parts suppliers haven't. Crazy!

@Dan Marquardt possibly, like I said, I like their products, but the shipping times can vary.

@Robert Winkworth if I'm, mild on my build and doing 60# springs (overkill I think) no injectors planned, no larger turbo planned, just 3k springs 055dv intake exhaust,95 gph pump, (no timing advance yet, but planned) Do I, should I worry about the pushrods also/?
Tank is down
Installing the fass fuel suction kit today, new 3/8” press lock hose to the new to install mechanical fuel pump.. I want to delete the fuel heater also. I had all the parts, I think. Motor in truck. Nice time to do the 3k springs, also… I think I maybe short on time.
