Hi everyone 👋 Here is the Poem I wrote for The Walk for Peace, which has been brought to life and to music by my dear friend @Mark Eldridge , Please watch it and share the love and peace with your communities and friends 🙏 Yesterday marked both the completion and the continuation of the Walk For Peace, a 109-day, 2,300-mile journey dedicated to love, unity, and mindful action. The Monks concluded their journey with a moving Peace Gathering and Ceremony at the Lincoln Memorial, followed by a Loving-Kindness Meditation Session at George Washington University. After the meditation came a radiant reminder: Peace isn’t a destination; it’s a daily practice.The physical journey may have ended, but the Walk for Peace continues in every step we take with awareness, compassion, and love. Let’s make this our collective mantra:✨ “Today is going to be my peaceful day.” ✨ When we live with loving-kindness, compassion, and mindful presence, we transform not only our own lives but also ripple peace through our families, communities, and the world.
