@Paula Boggan yeah there is plenty growing wild here in Dalarna. I clean the leaves off the stem and steam them lightly and then go for it. Delicious. I also found you can just soak them stem and all in a bowl of water and let the goodness seep into the water for 12-24 hours. It will turn orange/brown. Then just dump the plant and drink up. It's delicious. You can also make cordage with the stems if you find long enough ones. Very versatile plant.

@Paula Boggan totally worth it. Drink it quite quickly though to keep as much of the good stuff as possible.
