3rd section of snapshot completed
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something: the fear of being a "burden" that stops me reaching out to friends is the same thing keeping me stuck and small everywhere else. Turns out my version of "stuck" has a pattern underneath it, and I'm only just starting to see it.

Section 2 of my Snapshot just hit different. I always thought my problem was that I keep getting misjudged for motivations that are genuine. Turns out the real pattern is that I can see the spiral coming, I even said "I did see" it, but my emotions outrun me before I can stop them. That is not a willpower thing. Onto Section 3.
