I hope everyone is having a great day wherever they are in the world 🌎 Had a really awesome couple of days full of good family time 🤍 Spent the day at my mom's yesterday for the holiday & got to see my twin brothers who I don't get to see as often (one lives in Philly & the other is in West Palm Beach). Then, today, I went to pilates & got a salted maple latte with my soon-to-bee sister in law, @Lauren Rushalski... 10/10. We also got to sit down & work on some exciting stuff for both of our communities. Family bonding over Skool stuff is pretty next level awesome if ya ask me! S/O to Lauren for making some sick new ad graphics for us & for her endless Canva knowledge LOL I had no idea how many brand customizations you could make 😮

my partner @Sam Greiner is new to entrepreneurship so typically when she runs into a business roadblock she comes to me to solve it. the other day she was tasked with setting up our META ads account. If you've ever tried to do this, you know it sounds simple but is quite difficult. After a few hours she came to me stuck. She said I cant do this can you come look and figure it out. I usually would hop right in and try to solve the problem.. but this time i said no. You are a business owner. The buck stops with you. You need to figure it out. At first she was not happy with that answer lol. However - within the next 30min she racked her brain trying to solve the problem. She remembered she had a great connection in her network that does META ads! He also happens to be in goosfiy (shout out @Fady Wahby)! They worked together and figured it out! We were able to successfully run our first ad!! this may sound like a silly win but really is a massive one for both of us! I need to get better at delegating and feel like i did a good job of empowering instead of just doing. Sam also gained a ton of confidence in her ability to problem solve. and when our ads start crushing - we can both point to her and say you did this which is pretty coool

@Goose Dunlavey you've been such an inspiration and help to so many people in here if you had one wish for the holidays - what would it be? think as a group we'd have a good chance of making it happen :)

(Untitled Project) - (help me name it?) - I used to charge 15-30k for full DFY biz buildouts on skool - i dont have time for that 1-on-1 stuff anymore, BUT i get requests all the time - SO i will make a YT series about building a community from 0-100 + you can follow along @Jas Lee-lo Smith reminds me to stop being so damn humble about this... so i will say this instead: After everything that I’ve experinced There is not a single person that understands more about building and running community.
