Hi I'm Gavin, newbie to the community
Hi Everyone, im new to the community. Looking forward to progressing my future in property. I'm not a complete novice but have lots to learn to start pushing boundaries. Hopefully one day I can leave my current 9-5 if all goes well. Looking forward to meeting loads of new people and getting some networking going (as network is your networth). I'm a seasoned sparky so have a skill set to bring to the table when it comes to refurbs, so im no stranger. I'm booked on the bootcamp in Brentwood later this month. Is there anything I can be doing in the background prior to the event? I'm currently completing the online AFL property wealth fast track. Any advice or help welcome. Thankyou all..

Hi Ethan and Newton. Thanks for making the connection. In answer to your question Ethan regarding the inspiration for my joining. I attended webinars hosted by different service providers. I liked the energy around Liam Ryan and his team after making a comparison. I sent him enquiries for further information and attended two more of his webinars while preparing money. I signed up this week-end and here I am. I want to master the basics so that I can be operate on the market as soon as possible. Can you both tell me how long you have been with AFL and how you are getting on?
