I feel like this program has given me my life back in just 2.5 weeks. My energy has been unmatched. Before starting, I could run about 2 miles. Now I’m up to 9 miles; I still have energy afterward, and I’m not sore the next day. I had also missed two menstrual cycles before joining, and my cycle returned. It’s not back to 100% yet, but it has only been two weeks, and I just started my third week. I cannot wait to see what else I gain back over these 90 days.

The Rooted Circle’s Just Out Here Anxiously Trusting God was phenomenal. Where I was 67 days ago is not where I am today. The prompts challenged my thinking and pushed me to research, reflect, and dig deeper into the root causes behind my thoughts and patterns. I can genuinely see the growth. I plan to do it again during the last 67 days of the year to see what it reveals from the woman I will be then.
