I have nothing but good things to say about THGR ⭐️
The information shared by Charley, Paige and Mel along with the community members is invaluable.
I have learnt and am learning so much! No question put forward is sneered at. There is no judgement and it is refreshing to be able to speak freely.
I am learning life long habits and the changes can be felt already (5 weeks into the protocol).
There is no pressure placed on members just consistent encouragement! No wonder it’s a winning formula. ⭐️
