@Chan Woo Park i have no specific exercises for straight arm strength. I do Planche variations- press attempts - negatives - adv tuck holds, lean, planche lean push ups.. twice a week
Guys I think it is better with my forearms that I am going further. I think I can't press my body up from the bent arm handstand because my shoulders are still too weak. I was training with pike push ups but I couldn't scale it because my feet's are on some days further or closer to my hands so its easier or difficulties. I switched to military press and I realised that yeah I need to train it. My bw is around 53 to 55 KG and I can press 25kg for 4-5 reps so I need 25kg more. Do you think that its the strength what my hspu missing or technique?
I have an excellent workout but I discovered I was plateauing slightly just a bit ๐โ๏ธโ๏ธโ๏ธ๐๐๐๐ตโ๐ซ๐ตโ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ซฅ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ค๐ค๐ซ๐ซ๐ซ๐ณ just in my pushing workouts. I did pike push-ups as main workout and I because of a video I saw I saw that for getting handstand push-ups you should do pike push-ups then train pike lift offs and then negatives handstand push-ups. Well for the past month and a half or maybe two months my pike push ups started to feel heavy and I didnโt feel like I was progressing. And so I then saw a video from fitnesfaqs and saw that plateauing in pike push-ups is super common and that is why you should do elevated pike push-ups and that is what I am going to do hope that helps and I checked how many elevated pike I could do and I was able to do 5 so yeah I think I should have started with those long time ago.
I injured myself with wrong movement in the pike push up.. I couldn't do this movement for half a year. Now i train elevated PPU with forehead to the ground. This helped me alot with the HSPU ๐ซฑ๐ปโ๐ซฒ๐ผ.
Iโm struggeling with full front lever. My hips sink and my feet are to highโฆ Does anyone here use the half lay as a progression instead of the straddle? And Why?
