One thing God has been teaching me recently is that people need grace more than they need my opinion. It's easy to see others through the lens of their mistakes, shortcomings, or differences, but God continually reminds me that He sees people through the lens of redemption. The same grace that transformed my life is the grace He wants me to extend to others. As a leader, this has changed the way I serve. Leadership is not about being right, being recognized, or being in control; it's about loving people well, listening deeply, and pointing them to Jesus. The more I grow in faith, the more I realize that true influence comes from humility, compassion, and a heart surrendered to God. I'm learning that every person I meet is fighting a battle I may know nothing about, and my calling is to reflect Christ's love wherever I go.
