Canine Breathwork???
I was able to lead a client and her therapy dog on a journey yesterday. I have never even thought of having a dog sitting in. The client wept through deep release in a journey entitled, " Conquering the fear of being hurt". It was beautiful. We talked at the end as she spoke of trauma as a young woman and she mentioned that the dog had some trauma as a puppy and is terrified of riding in cars. We commented on how we wondered what a journey is like through a dogs eyes. She called the moment she got home and instead of crying all the way home the dog slept peacefully! Seriously, you can't make this up!!! Needless to say Ruthie the dog is coming to the next session!

Personal Wins
My epiphany and How the 9D 12min Breathwork Exercise has helped me ..
I just completed my first 12 min 9D Breathwork Exercise with @Brian Kelly as it was unlocked just now. And it blew me away. It was as if I found the missing piece to the puzzle of figuring out the secret to winning the game of life. This morning, when I was half awake and half asleep, my head was spinning trying to get to grips with my inner voice calling me to greatness and the daily frustration of not being able to do everything I want to do to have the impact I want to have. And to the reality that the results that I so much desire have still not materialized. And then I thought about the many testimonials from people whose lives I have touched and influenced in a positive and sometimes pivotal way. And I wondered: โ€œHow many lives do I actually need to touch in order to matter? How big should my impact be in order for it to be big enough? How much money do I need to make in order to finally feel successful?โ€ And the insight that I got was that every small win we have, every life we impact in positive way, every heart we touch makes a difference. The paradox is that the way to greatness lies in the small things we do every day. In showing up and doing something, however small rather than procrastinating and trying to be perfect all the time. And in trusting the process. The 9D 12min #Getting Great Session brought this idea home for me. The process took me out of my head into my body. It is in our body where we find the courage to show up and surrender the logical mind to the natural process of manifestation. This session was giving me the confirmation that I am on the right path. That I donโ€™t have to give up my dream in exchange for a watered down version. Taking small, daily imperfect steps in touching other peopleโ€™s lives while preserving out own sanity is the way to go. And let the universe take care of the details. I have fallen in love again with this process of growing and finding greatness. I can surrender my suffering now, and fully enjoy the journey.

Beautiful Marc , celebrating this wonderful insights and realisations. So agree with you. Celebrating self on a daily base and feeling within enough, knowing that every day with the highest intentions we are just doing our best and we should celebrate. We are condition to think when I have this than I will...when I recive this than I can...when I impact 1000 people than I have a proof that I am good enough in what I do and than I can...and so on. So feel you on what you wrote ,showing up daily little by little being in service to a human,or animal,or nature is a win. Sending love and light and keep practicing, keep evolving, keep moving forward into your knowing. โœจ๏ธ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ™Thank you for sharing.
Thank you
Thank you for accepting me as member of this community @Brian Kelly . I have already been checking out some of the videoโ€™s and followed the Feb 28, 2023 guided deep breathwork session by @Marina Savic (see classroom). It was an amazing experience. I had done dome breathwork before but never a longer and deep one like this. You are just amazing at holding space. I felt somewhat anxious at first, even though it was replay ๐Ÿ™ˆ but when I decided to relax and trust the process it felt safe. And the funniest thing, it felt as if Marina was speaking directly to me. It appeared there was another Mark in the session whom I had not seen at first. Meanwhile, I have been promoting Marinaโ€™s session to several people and sent them a link to the Feb 28th session. Looking forward to healing some old emotional wounds and getting fully connected to my heart. Thanks! P.S. Here is an impression of the session with Marina.

@Marc God Oh I forgot actually to stop recording as Mark I think had for the first time experience with guided breathwork and this was pretty long journey. So later I realised that i didn't stop recording. But was a good conversation for sure with Mark. Many blessings Marc on your journey and share your gifts and light, many in our world need all of us together. Sending love and light๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’š
Back in the Saddle
Hello my dear breath work friends! I have taken a few weeks since the sudden death of my sister to have extra time for quiet reflection and nurturing myself. As painful as it was, we were granted some very beautiful and enlightening experiences as she was preparing to leave this life and soar into the next. I am grateful to the loving support of my dear friends here at Breath Masters. I owe a debt of gratitude to Marci, Marina, Mona, Sarah, Christie, Amanda Jane, Anati, and Raphael who had their hands on my back through it all. Also to my other fellow senior coaches, Sarah, Sandra, Reece and of course to Brian who also shared tender encouragement to help me shine light even in the sadness. If it is possible, I feel even more determined to deliver this life transforming medicine. Because of the tranformation of my own life in the last year of being in the program, I felt a calm confidence and sensitivity as I was holding space for the grief around me and I was able to bring hope where little was felt. I credit our training and the incredible support I have found in this community. I look forward to catching up on all of the news but in the meantime, I extend love and gratitude to you all.

Perfect Modality for Processing Trauma
I've gone and listened to "The Body Keeps the Score" again now as I am doing the coaching training I have read this book years ago, but have not been able to afford EMDR or any of the other modalities referenced in this work. After doing a few TBJ's, I am ever more convinced that the multiple sclerosis I have been battling for the past 12 years is tied to unresolved childhood trauma. I've worked with a fellow hypnotherapist, self-hypnosis, talked with counsellors and psychologists...but the cognitive element leads my conscious mind to throw up all manner of defense, lying to myself, saying that I have "dealt with it"๐Ÿ™„. This leads me to seek solutions for all the accessory "causes" (parasite infestation/Lyme/etc) and I tell myself stories to assuage my monkey mind (I think I'm a fairly intelligent person, and I tell exceedingly persuasive/compelling stories). After a TBJ, my ability to walk smoothly without a cane is improved greatly and persists for a longer time than my previous TBJ. #PeelThatOnion
