Hello and welcome to the skool of the world of Doug, your one stop community for normalizing feeling our feelings, learning to give ourselves more breaks, and taking time to let our nervous system and brain rewire to the new norms that we create for ourselves around here…. Once I healed a lot of trauma and let go of a shit load of grief, I found that I was sleeping a lot. I thought I was depressed. Eventually i woke up transformed. I realized in all of those healing naps, I was rewiring for a new normal and my nervous system was rebuilding.
