Yes, I have trouble being patient and would like to get things done and push things along. The past few days, I have been checking in with my body to see what it is telling me and it wanted to take a break and recharge.

@Sandy Bartlett My mind was scattered as it wanted to do so many things but I couldn't decide what. I felt confused. When I checked in with my body, it gave me a list of things to do and with no time limit. It gave me direction and the first thing was to clear my chattering mind.

Thank you @Sandy Bartlett for the coaching circle today. I wrote this post and scheduled it to go out tomorrow morning! Some people won’t agree with what I’m about to say... That’s okay. Tapping into your life force energy before you take strategic action will always win. I didn’t always share this openly because I had to test it before I truly believed it. Here’s what I’ve learned: When I meditate each morning and ask, “What do I need to focus on today?”, my entire day unfolds with ease and flow. People are naturally drawn to my energy. Opportunities show up. Things move. When I skip it? Crickets. Everything feels heavier, harder, and discouraging. If you want to tap into your own life force energy, here are three simple daily practices that shift everything: Sit in stillness for two minutes. Ask one question: “What’s the next aligned step?” Let your body answer before your mind. Ground your energy. Plant your feet on the floor, breathe deeply into your belly, and feel yourself settle. This anchors you before you make a single decision. Set an energetic intention. Choose the frequency you want to lead with, calm, clarity, confidence and let your actions follow that feeling. On the days I stay connected to my energy, even when I don’t feel like it, my business moves forward with ease. Help Me with Scheduling
As I prepare to schedule future circles, I'd love your input and preferences. I know we have members in a variety of areas geographically and it's highly improbable to schedule at a time convenient for everyone. I typically work Sunday - Thursday although Sunday I don't schedule calls. I also don't work evenings or weekends. Given that, share with me your preference of morning or afternoon. I'm in MST currently (half the year I'm MST and half the year I'm PST). If you'd like to comment with more information, please do. As more members begin to attend live circle calls, I'll add more to the calendar. Right now it's one per month. I record the Reiki and Forgiveness Circles but I don't record the Coaching Circles. Replays of those recorded will be in the Classroom.
