🚀 10 Weeks Until the New Year
Crazy to think there’s only a couple months left in 2025… If you’ve been saying “I’ll start soon,” this is that time. 10 weeks is more than enough to drop 10–20 lbs, build real strength, and finally feel confident heading into the new year. I’m helping a few more people dial in their training, nutrition, and accountability so they can actually look and feel their best before January hits, not start over again after the holidays. If you’ve been stuck or need structure, book a call below and let’s map out a plan that fits your schedule 👇 https://calendly.com/macklittle-athletictraining/30min

Took a summer break to focus on cycling. Trained hard but still gained about 10 pounds and lost muscle mass. At 45, perimenopause, not my best decision 🤷🏻‍♀️ Back with Mack since September, dropped the weight, energy’s back and building strength again - hello pull ups 🤪 It’s a journey, Not a straight line 💪🏼
Mindset / Habits
If you’re waiting to ‘feel motivated,’ you’ll never get consistent. Instead, build systems: 🔹 Lay out clothes the night before 🔹 Keep protein prepped in the fridge 🔹 Schedule workouts like meetings

Love! Other ideas: 1 - use the 2 minutes rule - it will buy you time at the end of the week 2- Track your progress 3 - Set micro in addition yo long-term goals
Fitness Myths 👀
There’s so much BS out there in the fitness world. Comment below which one you’ve heard before (or maybe even believed at one point) 1️⃣ Carbs make you fat 🍞 2️⃣ You have to train 2 hours a day to see results 🏋️ 3️⃣ Lifting weights makes women bulky 💪 4️⃣ You can ‘spot reduce’ fat (abs, arms, etc) ❌ 5️⃣ Supplements are more important than food 🥤 Which one of these did you hear the most growing up? Drop your answer ⬇️

All of the above. But no carbs is the most frequent. Recently a friend mentioned telling her daughter to avoid strawberries after dinner because they were full of carbs and sugar 😢
