Happy March
Here's to more of a springy mindset! ๐Ÿ’ฎ Hope everyone is doing well. I seem to be caught in a continuing hibernation phase due to the sickness circulating the NE but looking forward to the sunshine. Supposed to meet up with a friend this week to walk but her daughter has a stomach bug and I am NOT going to risk that...! Stuck on my walking wedge again in the living room but grateful to have it.

The #1 Reason Your Meals Aren't Keeping You Full
You just ate 30 minutes ago and you're already thinking about food again. Sound familiar? Here's the thing, it's probably not a willpower problem. It's a balance problem. Most meals are missing one (or more) of the three macros your body needs to actually stay satisfied: protein, carbs, AND fat. Here's what happens when you skip one: Skip protein โ†’ Your body never gets the "I'm full" signal, so you're snacking within the hour. Skip carbs โ†’ Your energy tanks and your brain starts screaming for something quick (hello, candy drawer). Skip fat โ†’ Nothing sticks. The meal moves through you and you're hungry again before you know it. The fix? Every time you eat, aim for all three. It doesn't have to be complicated. A quick example: ๐ŸŽ Apple (carb) + peanut butter (fat) + a handful of turkey roll-ups (protein) That's it. No measuring. No meal prep Sunday. Just making sure all three show up on your plate. When you start eating this way, the constant hunger and snack cravings start to fade โ€” because your body is finally getting what it needs. Want to go deeper on why you're always hungry? ๐Ÿ‘‡ Comment "MACROS" below and I'll send you the link to Macros Made Simple for Busy Mamas the course that breaks it all down step by step so you can finally stop guessing and start eating in a way that keeps you full and energized!

@Sisi Hennessy I'd prefer standing if possible ๐Ÿซฃ I'd have to rearrange a bit daily for a mat. We need to move houses SO BADLY.

I made two of my favorite go to recipes this week (taco salad & a chicken mozzarella dish) both I made with the idea of balancing my macros so I made sure to get protein, carbs & fats in each one with out the overwhelm of tracking them. What is your favorite go to easy recipe?

@Sisi Hennessy Thanks! My son seems to do well with meals like this where the items are able to be separated (chicken filet + side dish) but I tend to just want to throw a number of things in a crockpot with a universal sauce! This will be a helpful recipe.
