Upper Back and Shoulder Stress Release
Today we focus on the upper back and shoulders, where we often carry tension and stress. Move gently and breathe deeply. Simple movements and steady breath can do a lot to ease anxiety and release tightness. Some days feel off (l was having one of those mornings). Workouts can feel harder than usual. That’s okay. Keep showing up for yourself anyway. Move well.

Today we bring presence into movement and pick up the pace. Sometimes the best way through overthinking is action. Move with energy, maybe build a light sweat, and let movement cut through the noise. Stop thinking. Start moving. Move better, feel better, live better.

Gentle Qigong Movement
We’ve pushed a bit the last couple of days, so today we slow it down. Gentle Qigong movement, easy breath, and a chance to enjoy the sounds of nature. The birds are very active today. Just remember, showing up and moving in any way is what truly matters. Move well.
