After a lifetime of struggling with food, I’m confident that I found my forever program. 

I’ve just entered into phase two and I’m so excited to see the possibilities around the corner. 

So far my cravings are practically zero. My overeating has almost stopped and I haven’t even gotten to that phase yet.  Right now in my work kitchen there are brownies, cookies, banana bread, lemon bars and snack cakes. No desire. 

I’m so excited I found this group.  David,  you are a master at what you do.
