Bodyweight jump circuit
Here is a simple, quick bodyweight jump circuit to help you improve your height! Do 2-4 rounds of about 10 reps of each exercise 2 or 3 days per week to see the most change. Add weight or reps as they get easier

Cheer coaches: What is the most challenging barrier you face getting your cheer team to condition? Is it their attitude towards conditioning? Administration not letting you use the weight room? something else? Let me know in the comments!

@Cindi Bradshaw I think these are the biggest 2 issues most coaches have for sure. Why do you think their attitude is so negative towards conditioning? Any ideas or suggestions on how we can go about improving athlete buy in?
