I just had my first call today with a vacation property rental company who needs just about everything. I know one of the partners. I made a quick website and voice ai, in HL. She was really impressed, but wants to show her biz partner. I need to come up with 'one thing' to propose by Thursday, so trying to figure that out. I may offer a website with voice or conversation ai only to start. Hard to know how to structure it. They need help getting leads too. They are every low tech, use spreadsheets, so no CRM, and use Hostgator and WP. They manage vacation properties in Mexico through their website, Airbnb and VRBO. Not sure where to start. Though they are open to my recommendations and i said I'd be back in touch on Thursday. Love to hear any advice @Craig Cameron ? Thanks!

Hey yall. I’ve been a bit absent recently but I wanted to share my most recent win. Over the past 7 days I’ve done 1 in person speaking event and 1 webinar and between the two we’ve closed about 35k MRR (which beats Jeff’s previous record of 31k in a week👀) The one-to-many slides Jeff posted a couple weeks ago were A GAME CHANGERRRRR. If you’re running any sort of one to many speaking event please use them, they saved me so much time and clearly work well. I’m super excited to see the fruits of my labor that I’ve been putting in for almost 2 years. Everything gets more fun when you actually start seeing results, so for those of you out there who are grinding every day, I promise you it gets easier if you stick with it. Do not quit. Special thanks to @Jeff Lopez and @Charles Guerra for pouring so much knowledge into me and this group for so long, I would not be here without them. Keep crushing everyone, it’s only up from here!

@Charles Guerra I'm getting lost in your videos...I have my first two calls with potential clients this week! Trying not to panic. I can't seem to find a simple conversation or text ai demo video or instructions. I found the Close bot one but prefer to use High levels built in resources. Should I create a funnel page on my subaccount that's a copy of my client to use as a demo? Also I am using your ultimate ai agency snapshot in my subaccount. Is that up to date or should i use another? Thanks in advance!
