Would you let a humanoid robot run your home?
Honest question for the group: Assuming the tech gets there, would you actually buy a humanoid robot for your home? If it could fold laundry, make beds, and tidy up autonomously, would you trust it in your house or hard pass?

FOCUS
Not sure if this happens to anyone else here, but AI keeps generating more information and more extraordinary things I could be building — and for someone with ADD, that can actually work against me. Because obviously it's way more fun to be creating apps, websites and things like that than it is to sit down and make calls. So I tried something, and I've been running it for a week: I asked Claude to simply not let me do anything until I give it the OK that I made my 5 calls, which is my daily goal. And I can tell you it really works. Right now I'm taking it further with ChatGPT — designing a coach that activates when I say "good morning" and walks me through what I have to do that day, keeps me from getting distracted, and only then gives me the green light to go play with everything AI lets me do. Does anyone else deal with something similar? I really want to hit my 20%... but a lot of the time the 80% turned out to be way more fun.

Using Claude to help clean up your database :)
Sometimes we just need a slight push to get us going with our database. My database has been a mess and I needed to clean it up, so I am using Claude to help - specifically using the Claude for Chrome connector and then prompting it to fix things: Example. "Look at all of my closed opportunities in KW Command and check that each contact is tagged "Past Client" and / or "Buyer" and/ or "Seller". Also, for the buyers make a note on their contact card the exact date and purchase price of the home was sold and add them to the Home Anniversary Smartplan." ON their home anniversary we can not send them a true equity analysis of their home each year. ;). That is just one step. There are so many other options like having Claude find those contacts that are most likely to transact. For that one, check out http://jimmysprompts.com for the actual prompt.

One Prompt Newsletter in Claude.
Type this into Claude and be amazed. I save the newsletter as HTML so that it fits nicely into KW Command Emails :) - obviously, customize as needed. PROMPT: You are a real estate agent and a graphics artist. I need you to create a two page newsletter that I can email to my clients in Henderson, Nevada. Find me interesting events, activities coming up in the city and some interesting market stats. I am with Keller Williams Marketplace and I want it in html code so I can paste it back into KW Command. Make sure you have active links so that the readers can find more information. Remind me every month on the 25th to do this. Ask me any questions you need to do a good job.

@Jimmy Chickey thank you ! isnt that much aha
An excuse to talk to 1000 people a month
Jimmy Chickey's one-prompt newsletter post sent me down a rabbit hole to. I built my own version for Zona Norte, Buenos Aires — and changed one thing that changed everything. I added two sections: trusted home vendors, and recommended local businesses. That's the whole trick. Because now I have several reasons to reach out to every shop owner and every contact in my area and ask: - "Is there a service you keep needing and can't find?" - "Do you know someone who's genuinely great at what they do and deserves to be recommended?" - "Which are the best restaurants and cafés around here? Vote — and tell me whether you're picking them for the price, the food or the location." Nobody says no to those. And each answer turns into four touches — I ask, I feature them, I tell them they're in, I ask them to share it with their own customers. None of those sound like selling. Nobody says no to that call. And each one turns into four touches — I ask, I feature them, I tell them they're in, I ask them to share it with their own customers. None of those sound like selling. Why I actually do it: - Positioning. If I'm the one curating who's worth knowing around here, I become the reference point for the area — not just another agent farming it. - Referrals. These owners talk to dozens of neighbors a week. Once the relationship is real, they start sending people my way, and I bring them into how I share referrals so it's worth their while. - Collaboration. Further down the line, there's room to work together on reaching each other's audiences. Their customers and mine overlap more than either of us realizes. The newsletter is never the product. The conversation is. Want the full breakdown? I put together a doc with the complete system and the exact prompt I use to build it each month. Let me know in comments if you want to have it. And if you've got an idea to add to this — another section, another question worth asking, something that worked in your own market — I'd really love to hear it.
