That feeling when you "mess up" on your diet... Thank you Diane!
We've all been there. You're doing so well on your health journey, and then... you eat something that wasn't "on the plan." The guilt kicks in. The feeling of failure. The urge to just give up completely. I just published a new video to talk about why that moment of "messing up" might actually be the most important part of your journey. It's not a failure; it's a lesson. After you watch, I would be so grateful if you came back here and shared your answer to this question: What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone who is feeling discouraged and wants to quit? Let's fill this space with encouragement for each other. The link is: https://youtu.be/Y6a0BMR50iU

It’s hard to set goals when you’re working toward several things: choose the one of many ( on your list) that you know you can maintain. It’s not a competition, when you can achieve your goal beyond any other person’s expectation for you.

Have a smoothie for breakfast or a smoothie bowl. I had a smoothie today. What did you have?

I ate slices of: watermelon, few strawberries, Ezekiel 4:9 flourless flax sprouted grain bread with creamy almond butter. My drink: hot drink: Astragalus root powder mixed with Cafix ( 100% roasted barley, rye and chicory); then gargle with water👍👌.
Ever Feel Like the "Only One" at the Dinner Table?
Let's be honest. One of the toughest parts of this lifestyle can be navigating meals with family and friends who eat differently. It can feel a little isolating sometimes. You are not alone in feeling this way. Question: Have you ever felt like the 'odd one out' at mealtime? How did you handle it? (There are No right or wrong answers here!)

As someone getting up in age 75; if not starting out eating less meat but more plant based protein now there is a significant difference.

My Go-To "Cheesy" Flavor Hack
One of the easiest swaps for me was using nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor on pasta and popcorn. It's a game-changer! What's one simple, healthy food swap you've discovered and loved? Comment below👇
