@Michelle Mendonca it has definitely revealed areas that need attention.. Just honestly trying to figure out where to start with the areas that need attention. Juggling home routine today to give me and hubby each 30min to workout while the other one watched the baby was challenging.. But we managed.. I know time management is key but it does feel if a day doesn't have enough hoursโŒš๐Ÿ˜ฌ even though the day starts at 04:30-05:00.. So today I am proud of what I did manage to add to a very busy day..

Motherhood is not just about taking care of everyone else.
It is also about letting your children see what it looks like when a woman takes care of herself. Because the way we treat our bodies teaches our children something. When we move our bodies, we teach them that health is not punishment, it is love. When we choose better food, we teach them that we are worthy of energy and strength. When we rest, breathe, and slow down, we teach them that peace matters too. When we show up for ourselves, we teach them that they are allowed to do the same. Being a healthy mother is not about being perfect. It is not about having the perfect body. It is not about never feeling tired, overwhelmed, or emotional. It is about becoming the kind of woman your child feels safe around. A mother with more energy has more patience. A mother with more confidence shows up differently. A mother who feels strong creates a home that feels more stable. A mother who takes care of herself builds deeper connection, because she is not always running on empty. Your child does not need a perfect mom. Your child needs a present mom. A peaceful mom. A strong mom. A mom who is also learning, growing, healing, and choosing herself one day at a time. So today, do not see your health journey as something selfish. See it as one of the greatest gifts you can give your child. Because when you become healthier, you do not just change your body. You change the way you love, lead, listen, and live inside your home. And your child feels that. ๐Ÿค Question for the moms: What is one healthy habit you want your child to learn by watching you?
