Thanks @Barry Schutte ...You've got me thinking this morning 😄 What changed most was my belief in myself. I gained self confidence and learned the real meaning of the word, Discipline!! Being a chubby Portuguese girl, where traditionally, everything revolves around food, I had to learn to stick to new habits. When people said hurtful things, it fueled me to perform even more... feeding my why. I have learned that surrounding yourself with the right people, gets you further than you think. My list goes on... And I know now, that whatever you want in life, you've got to do whatever it takes to get there. No excuses 💥
