An insult is not merely a word—it is a weapon. It is a war against human dignity. To insult another is to wound their soul while simultaneously closing one’s own heart. Whoever insults creates a world in which there is no place for the other person. They cast them out of their heart, and with the spoken insult, out of their life as well. The first step toward healing from insults is to forgive the one who hurt you; to do so is to rise above them. Forgiveness means standing on God’s side. To forgive is to step into the Light. The second step is to pray for that person and to renounce any personal interest you have. Write insults in the sand, but good deeds in marble. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. Jesus said: if someone asks you for your cloak, give them your tunic as well; and if someone compels you to go one mile, go with them two.

Thank you for the flowers. Thank you for the sky. Thank you for the stars. Thank you for the body. Thank you for the soul. Thank you for the feelings. Thank you for the smile. Know that you are fully supported by Light, fully supported by the Earth. Let go of fear, doubt, grief, hopelessness, loss... Feel yourself lighter, soften, feel the presence of Source all around you. Trust in good. Allow yourself to open your heart, slow and deep ... You are born to Love and to be there for yourself and others...to give, not to harvest endlessly...

You know what God is measuring, and then the only thing he will measure on the last day? It will be your heart. If your heart desires money, things, houses, cars, control, possession of others, roles you are endlessly playing, envy, greed, competition, sex... what would your heart look like? It will be heavier than the stone... Fill your heart with gratitude and appreciation towards life. Always seek God in your heart first; speak to God directly… we are all a spark of the Divine; we are Children of God. Ask for divine guidance, and the only ones you bow to are God and your own soul. Talk with God honestly and with integrity, and always work towards being a good person. Forgive and ask God to bless all your enemies. Be a person of love, have good values, keep your word, be loyal, be trustworthy, have good morals, help others, serve, have a charitable heart- it is a legacy that will last forever. Because we all know that there is a higher order. Once you come to the point at a certain level of evolution, you’re going to be tested and tempted even more and more. The power of God is staying in the Light, loving more, serving more… Do the things that make God proud. Do the things that put a smile on His face.

There is a complex choice between faith, life, and community. There are some strange fears of God's presence in the lives of people, politicians, economists, artists, and intellectuals. They will therefore try to convince others that God is not needed. There is a fear of faith and a fear of God. If it is impossible to separate faith from private and public life in any other way, then an attempt is made to deny that God exists at all. Today, however, it is worth saying that such a flight from God is, in fact, a flight from humanity, because killing God in one’s own life ultimately means killing the human person. The death of God is the death of humanity. Carl Gustav Jung, the founder of analytical psychology, said in his reflections on the search for religion: “It can be stated with certainty that all of my patients over the age of 35 became ill because they had lost what living religions give to their adherents. None of my patients was truly healed unless they regained their religious outlook on life.” We need God if we want to heal all possible wounds from our childhood and youth, and to free ourselves from all possible impressions of rejection and failure we have experienced. We need God to know what is left and what is right, what is up and what is down. To be without God is like being without the sun, air, water, and life itself. Faith in God has been sown in the hearts of all people. May His presence fill you.🤍
