I am just starting my third year of post card swaps within New Zealand. The theme for January is My Favourite Room. While my room looks nothing like this I really loved this piece of fabric and am happy to be using a small part of it. I have a lot of novelty fabrics that I have acquired over the years mostly from our freebies table at guild meetings. I still need to attach the back to this and create an edging to hold it all together.

What unfinished project is currently side-eyeing you from across the room, and why haven’t you made eye contact back?

If I go silent, it will be because we've lost power due to the incoming ice storm. The chill factor here has dropped below zero, and it's been drizzling all day with lots more bad stuff to come. I know this isn't unusual for lots of you, but in Northeast Texas, it's VERY unusual. So, sending you each a touch of beauty while I still can and will keep in close touch with you here as long as I can.
