Remove background color from Copy and Paste ChatGPT Text

Pasting from ChatGPT
#Blog Posts When copy-pasting from ChatGPT, I would recommend using the "Paste Text Only"/"Paste without Formatting" shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + V (Windows) or Command ⌘ + Shift ⇧ + V (Mac) to not have to remove the background color each time.
