My daughter has been working with James for over a month and the diff has already been tangible. What strikes me is how down to earth he is.For an athlete of his calibre,Olympic gold medallist, he is remarkably accessible and genuinely invested in the swimmers he mentors. His advice on race planning/execution is specific and immediately applicable. What makes the sessions truly special is his stories. For liz, this is surreal.Following his advice has led to PB in her 200fr at Msia Nat Games.
