We’ll answer as quickly as possible. ------------------------------------------- In my mind, I HAVE NO BUSINESS RUNNING A BUSINESS if I’m not willing to meet those standards. But here’s where I need your help: HAS THIS BEEN YOUR EXPERIENCE? Is there something more we could do to make your experience here even better? Is there anything that has felt confusing, frustrating or harder than it needed to be? I genuinely want your experience with GLP-1 LAB to be a 10 out of 10—and I want to know what it would take to make that happen. So bring on the feedback! Tell me about the things we’re doing well AND the things you see that could be improved. You may notice something I don’t, and I genuinely want to hear it. Tell me below. What could we do to make your GLP-1 LAB experience even better? All criticism and compliments are accepted. 😜 😁

How many points do you need to LEVEL UP?
I need A TON!! 4,468 to be exact!!! 😂😂 (How much more can I post, comment, like, give a high five or send a laughing gif?!?!) -------------------------------------------------- Do you all understand how the LEVEL UP part of Skool works? Here's a small introduction: 1. Skool likes you to interact & bring value to the community. And they reward you with points when you do. 2. Skool also likes people to understand the group before you ask questions that aren't relavent. So, they don't let you post in the community until you've learned a little & interacted. (You earn 5 points when you go from Level 1 to Level 2.) Not sure where you see your points? Go to the top fo the page and click on LEADERBOARDS. Tell us your number. What do you need to get to the next level?

It happened…🍞
After several months on a GLP-1—and working on changing my habit of turning to food for…well, EVERYTHING—I had a super not-so-good eating day. 🤪 A friend brought over a warm loaf of homemade bread. And it was GONE within an hour. 😂 I messaged her to tell her how amazing it was and how quickly we had eaten it. So what did she do? She brought over another loaf! And…THAT loaf is now gone too. And I ate most of it. Ha! My stomach was bloated, hurting, and very, very unhappy. So what do you do when this happens? First, I went and laid down. My stomach had officially had enough. Second, I didn’t beat myself up. Here’s what I know: Bread isn’t bad. But my goal is to learn how to eat like a normal human—and eating almost an entire loaf of bread in 24 hours isn’t a healthy way to eat bread. A slice with dinner? Doable. So instead of shaming myself, I got curious: Why did I feel like I needed the whole loaf? What was really going on? The truth? I’ve been overwhelmed lately. And for years, food was my go-to whenever I felt overwhelmed. My brain was simply returning to what it has always done to help me feel safe. It wasn’t trying to sabotage me. It was trying to protect me. That realization helped me feel compassion for myself instead of shame. Then I asked: “What did you need more than a loaf of bread, Diane?” The answer? A walk. So I got up, put on my shoes, and went outside. I noticed the fresh air, the wind, the kids playing, the cars driving by, and the change of scenery. Just 10 minutes—and I felt better. My stomach felt better. My overwhelmed feelings felt better. And that heavy feeling of “I messed up” felt better. Then I decided to start fresh with my very next meal. And I did. That’s how this works. You don’t punish yourself. You don’t starve yourself the next day. You don’t promise to start over on Monday. You notice. You get curious. You give yourself compassion. You figure out what you actually need. And you begin again with the next choice. Perfectly imperfect. That’s Food Freedom. 💛

I have been making homemade bread most of my life and I have always loved bread but for years now I just make it and give it away because I can no longer eat it. Still love the smell, not much better. But I understand the desire to eat it for sure. It may not be bread these days but there are certainly other things that can replace it. Not having the stop meter on, I know right away it is emotional and I am working on correcting without shame and guilt because all that does is spiral out of control. Life is for living and living it the best we can!

If my GLP‑1 quieted my appetite…why am I still standing in front of the refrigerator when I’m overwhelmed? 🤔
Here’s something that doesn’t get talked about enough: Yes, you can still emotionally eat while using a GLP‑1. And it doesn’t mean you failed. It doesn’t mean you don’t have enough willpower. It doesn’t necessarily mean your GLP‑1 stopped working. GLP‑1s can be incredibly helpful for reducing appetite and quieting food noise. That quieter brain can finally give us the space to work on what has been happening underneath the eating. But they don’t instantly erase the pathways your brain has practiced for years. If you’ve regularly turned to food when you’re stressed, overwhelmed, bored, lonely, tired or celebrating, your brain remembers: “This feeling is uncomfortable. Food helps.” That pathway can still light up—even when you aren’t physically hungry. --------------------------------------------------- So what do you do when it happens? 1️⃣ Pause without judging yourself. Instead of saying, “Why am I doing this AGAIN?” try saying, “Interesting. Something must be going on.” 2️⃣ Check for physical hunger. Would a normal meal or snack sound good—or are you searching for one very specific food to change how you feel? 3️⃣ Name what you’re actually feeling. Am I hungry—or am I overwhelmed, lonely, angry, bored or exhausted? 4️⃣ Ask what you need besides food. Maybe you need a walk, a nap, a good cry, a conversation, a change of scenery—or five quiet minutes when nobody is asking you for anything. 😂 You can still choose to eat! The goal isn’t to make emotional eating forbidden. The goal is to create enough space that eating becomes a choice instead of an automatic reaction. That’s the real gift of doing the brain work alongside a GLP‑1. We aren’t simply trying to eat less. We’re learning how to take care of ourselves differently. Now it’s your turn—and there is absolutely no judgment here: Which feeling is most likely to send you looking for food when you aren’t physically hungry? A. Stress B. Overwhelm C. Boredom D. Loneliness or sadness E. “I deserve a treat!” F. Something else

Great information. A & C for me. Emotional eating is a real thing. My first clue is that my full button doesn’t trigger like normal
