Archive Systems compliant with SEC
I'm looking for an archive service to cover web, email, social media and text. Has anyone compiled a list of services that cover our industry and their price points? I find it frustrating to schedule demos without having some idea of the price points.

We use Global Relay. For up to 10 employees it costs us $220/month. We subscribe through our compliance consultant, IQEQ.

How to Find Experienced Talent
I am looking into different resources of how to best recruit for client service associate positions? What forums do you use for applicants? Are you using a recruiting service, indeed or linkedin?

At my prior firm we always found the best talent in our network (ex. people that currently employees already knew). We did the recruiter route for a couple positions (not CSAs), but never had great results. That said, we may have simply been using the wrong recruiter! I'll also add that for investment analyst roles, we used our summer analyst program to build a strong pipeline. Almost all of our analyst hires were someone who had been a summer analyst before they graduated school. We had thoughts of creating a similar pipeline for CSAs, but that never came to fruition. If you posting the position, I tend to favor LinkedIn over Indeed. LinkedIn candidates tend to be stronger than Indeed candidates for a skilled position.

TBH Finding a good CSA was always the most challenging recruiting!

Hello! I'm a Director of Client Services & Operations + CCO for a new impact investing RIA in Salt Lake City, UT. Recently switched from another SLC RIA, and excited for the new challenges facing a much younger and smaller organization. Right now a big focus is building a strong operational foundation on which to grow and ultimately scale. Our tech stack is a mess, so I'm evaluating all our options and trying to put together a set of tools that will make life easier, not more complicated. Also focused on systematizing the work that we do so that we always provide consistent service and execution.
