@Achi Kashir I’ve been working as an Operations Manager for a large company, focusing on tracking, data, and performance—but what I love most is developing people and helping them grow. The conference today was incredibly inspiring. It really made me reflect on something that’s been on my mind for a while—going back to my roots and finding ways to help communities in Brazil. My parents already work closely with some of these underserved areas, so it feels very personal to me. I’m starting to think about how I can bring together my experience in logistics with my master’s in food security and food defense to create something meaningful. I don’t have all the answers yet, but I’d love to build something that leaves a positive footprint, even if it starts small. What tools have you been using?

That’s an area I’d love to understand better, particularly how it could support something more mission-driven and community-focused. Right now, I’m still in the early stages—thinking through how to structure something that combines logistics, food security, and community impact in a sustainable way. Leveling Up How I Tell My Story
Still blown away by what I was able to create today applying what I learned on Day 1 of the AI Advantage Summit. In just a short amount of time, I built a fully designed, professional infographic business card that truly captures my story, impact, and leadership style. The speed and quality of what’s possible with the right tools (and the right guidance) is incredible. I’ve spent years building results—today I learned how to visually communicate them in a way that feels polished, intentional, and powerful. Huge thank you for the insights and practical tips shared today. I’m already seeing how this will elevate how I present myself and my work. Can’t wait to dive into Day 2 and keep building. Thank you
