Why Small Reps Change More Than Big Intentions
Many people want to be more present. They think they need: āœ… More time āœ… A perfect routine āœ… A calmer life āœ… A better moment to start But presence rarely grows that way. It grows in seconds. Small moments. Repeated often. One conscious breath at the door. Feeling the water while washing your hands. Hearing your keys before leaving. Looking at the sky before driving. Counting your sips of water. Pausing before unlocking your phone. These moments seem tiny. But they train something important. Attention. And where attention goes often… presence begins to grow. Big intentions are forgotten. Small reps are repeated. And what gets repeated… gets stronger. Just like the gym. Presence is built in small moments. šŸŽÆ Today: Don’t wait for a perfect moment. Use the next ordinary moment in front of you. One breath… One pause… One rep… That’s enough to begin. If you did 3 reps yesterday… can you make that 5 today?

Your Best Triggers Are The Things You Already Do
Most people fail with new habits for one reason. They try to remember them… and the mind forgets. Presence works better another way. Attach it to something you already do every day. Something automatic. Something repeated. Something already built into your routine. That becomes your trigger. Not a reminder on your phone. A real moment in life. Every time you: Open a door — breathe in as you open it… breathe out as you close it Wash your hands — feel the water and your fingertips Pick up your keys — pay attention to the sound they make Sit in the car — look up and notice a cloud, bird, or flower Drink water — count each sip Boil the kettle — listen for the bubbling sound Unlock your phone — close your eyes and take one deep breath. If you still remember why you picked it up, carry on. If not… put it down 🤩 These are small reps. A few seconds at a time. But repeated through the day… they change how often you return. Presence is built in small moments… šŸŽÆ Today: Choose 3 of these triggers and use them as your NOW reps. Every time they happen… come back for a few seconds.

@Kelly Kapetanaki tell me about it!! 🤣 I often blame it on getting old… but when you start observing, it's the autopilot mode… oh and love the emptiness btw! The best one is when you wake up and you have to think where you are! 🤩
Presence Works Like The Gym
You don’t get stronger from one workout. You get stronger through repetition. One session. Then another. Then another. Presence, being here NOW, works the same way. You don’t become more present through one perfect moment. You build it… by returning to NOW again and again. Small moments. Throughout the day. 30 seconds here… One minute there… A conscious pause! A full breath. A moment of attention. These are reps. And each one matters. So this week, we try something simple. Find 3 triggers in your daily routine that remind you to come back to NOW. Maybe: When you open a door. When you drink water. When you sit in the car. When you touch your phone. When you start work. Every time it happens… pause and be here. Just for a moment. The moment is there. Be here for it, NOW! šŸŽÆ Today: Choose 3 daily triggers that will remind you to return to the present moment. Use them every day this week.

@Bhumika Shah amazing! That exactly it! This is the theme this week btw! So if you think of anything that works for you, please share! :)

@Kelly Kapetanaki absolutely! Even a 10second pause is worth 2mins deep breath activity when the mind is spinning in circles! 🤩
🌿 Do You Really Believe NOW Is All We Have?
Last week, we shared quotes from Buddha, Ramana Maharshi, Ram Dass, Carl Jung, and Eckhart Tolle. Different voices.Different times.Yet pointing to something similar. That life is only ever lived here. In this moment. Not in yesterday. Not in tomorrow. But NOW!! Many people like the idea of that. But believing it… and living it… can feel very different. So today, a simple question — No right answer. Just honesty. Sometimes seeing where you truly stand… is the beginning of seeing more clearly.

@Ami Shah it really is! After the understanding, it is the ā€œstrength of the mindā€ as Ramana says… to hold on to this simple truth and be here NOW! Always! Let’s remind and support each other in this beautiful journey of NOW! šŸ˜
