Morning after
Hey guys any tips for the morning after a weights session. My first one ever yesterday and this morning cannot move 😂🙂
Cardio in the morning
I recommend to all of you to do a spin class or some form of cardio in the morning! Some of my client lot on the online/1-1 coaching shy away from it at times but honestly the endorphins kick is amazing. I feel ready to attack my day😎 Think of weights as the strength/toning/muscle building/muscle preservation and cardio as heart health💗💗💗 Yes it burns calories and puts us deeper into a deficit.. which is essential for fat loss. But the benefits for your heart will last forever. The stronger that muscle is the better. Not really an educational post as I’m sure you all knew that 😂 Let’s go get it team!💪 Do some damn cardio and look after yourselves 🙌

I did a 10 minute treadmill before my session today. Albeit walking but it felt good. Just to add, first session done at Pure Gym. Am absolutely knackered lol
