In order to stay fully compliant with Illinois state laws and operate with excellence as a commissioned notary, I’ll be transitioning out of managing the EliteACRM client portal. As a notary, I’m legally limited to verifying identity, confirming signers are acting of their own free will, ensuring they understand the documents presented, and properly notarizing signatures. I’m not permitted to provide legal advice or participate in any part of the credit repair process. Because of that, for EliteACRM clients , all credit-related questions ,including disputes, updates, and account details should be directed to Donnell moving forward so you can receive the proper support. My role here will remain as an admin to help keep our space organized and positive, but my professional services will now focus solely on notarization.
