Hey everyone!

I have some exciting news to share about the direction I’m moving in — and it’s all about growth, opportunity, and serving you better.

In order to stay fully compliant with Illinois state laws and operate with excellence as a commissioned notary, I’ll be transitioning out of managing the EliteACRM client portal. As a notary, I’m legally limited to verifying identity, confirming signers are acting of their own free will, ensuring they understand the documents presented, and properly notarizing signatures. I’m not permitted to provide legal advice or participate in any part of the credit repair process.

Because of that, for EliteACRM clients , all credit-related questions ,including disputes, updates, and account details should be directed to Donnell moving forward so you can receive the proper support.

My role here will remain as an admin to help keep our space organized and positive, but my professional services will now focus solely on notarization.

Now for the exciting part…

As a commission Notary who can offer electronic notarization services , this allows me to serve both active clients and DIY members in a new way helping you get your documents notarized quickly, securely, and professionally when needed.

Once I officially begin accepting clients, I’ll make another announcement here in the group. As a thank you for being part of EliteACRM and this community, clients and members will receive discounted notarization services!!
