The Final Clue 7 is Out! The Mystery is Over 🥹
First, I want to apologise for the sleeves landing all in one week. Two sleeves in a single clue was a lot to ask, I know. At the same time, for many of you that was the final clue, so I hope there was no real pressure attached to it. From here on, there is no pressure at all. I just hope you will all complete your sweaters and wear them proudly. 🤩 And if you are doing the cardigan option and still working on the sleeves, I'm sure you will appreciate a chance to take a little break to go through the steeking experience! So exciting to see the cardigans opening soon! 🫣 New tutorials for this clue are waiting for you in the Rujuu course under the Classroom tab. If you already have the pattern, check your inbox for the update notification or refresh your Ravelry library to download the Final file. Or if you’re just seeing this for the first time, you can get the complete pattern here. And a reminder: the Virtual Fashion Show is on April 19th at 8pm London time, on Zoom and streamed on YouTube. Finished or not, everyone who participated in the knit along is welcome. More details coming soon. I've added the Clue 6 collages here, the finished sweaters are just so beautiful. Seeing them all side by side is so rewarding and inspiring! THANK YOU!!! ❤️ And because I'm so sad the mystery is over 😭, I'd love to hear from you about your future plans in this regard:

If you wanted a little break from colourwork…
The Layan Cardigan is a tailored cabled cardigan using fingering weight yarn, and the pattern has just been released! 😍 The name comes from the Arabic word for soft, gentle, and tender, and that feeling carries through the whole design. It is a classic, wearable piece that works well in any wardrobe. The construction as usual is a seamless top-down one, with the sleeve caps worked simultaneously with the yoke, so you can try it on as you go. 🤩 The cable pattern is simple and repetitive and once the top of the yoke is done, it settles into an intuitive rhythm. The double-knit button bands give a very clean and professional finish. There is also a full construction deep dive on YouTube if you want to go through the build in detail before casting on. 🤓 Use code LAYAN at checkout for 20% off, valid until 29th March, midnight UK time. 🎁 Newsletter subscribers, check Wednesday's newsletter for your exclusive code. 🙂

Nice! I might have to queue this one up!
A new Latvian-mitten inspired colourwork sweater pattern 🤩
The Pasaka Sweater is the second design in my Tribute to Latvian Mittens collection. The name means "fairy tale" in Latvian, inspired by a traditional mitten that reminds me of a snow flake so perfect it could only exist in a fairy tale. ❄️ The construction is a top-down round yoke and the stranded colourwork has some longer floats in places, which should be caught using the Ladderback Jacquard method. The pattern includes videos, as well as charts with suggested ladder placements. There's also a full construction deep dive on YouTube if you want to see me go in more detail. You can use code PASAKA at checkout on Ravelry or Etsy for 20% off, valid until 22nd March, end of day UK time. Newsletter subscribers, if you haven't already seen it, last Wednesday's newsletter will have your exclusive code. P.S. Discounts cannot be applied after the transaction has been completed.

Meeting other Rujuus in person 🤩
Tonight I had the great pleasure of seeing a few Rujuus in real life at a knit night in London, UK! What a wonderful feeling, thank you for coming and bringing this WIP to this fantastic social get-together ❤️

Awesome!
Behind but having fun!
I'm a couple of weeks behind thanks to a nasty Strep A infection, but just look at the hard work this slow gradient is putting in. I'm thrilled!
