Need Advice: Focused AI Product or Full AI Agency Website?
I'm wrestling with a branding/positioning question and would love some feedback from the group. Would you build your agency website around the AI Trinity offer, or would you position yourself as a broader AI automation agency that offers those services plus whatever else clients may need? My concern is that a highly focused website may convert better because the message is crystal clear, but it could also pigeonhole the business and make it harder to expand into other AI services later. On the other hand, a broader AI agency brand gives more flexibility, but I'm worried it dilutes the message and hurts conversion. Which direction do you think is best and why?

when you try to sell "everything AI" to a business owner, their eyes glaze over. They don't know what they need, and you end up looking like a generic generalist. A hyper-focused offer solves a specific problem, hooks the client, and makes the initial sale ten times easier. Don't worry about being pigeonholed. Once you are in the door, have built trust, and are delivering results, you can easily upsell them on custom automations and other AI services later. It’s way easier to expand your services to existing clients than it is to land a new client with a vague, broad message.

I don't know why I'm having such a hard time with this. I've Google it and tried to use Youtuve but no luck. I'm sending demo websites to clients I want from Google Profiles but I can't get the image to come up on the demo sites so it ends up just sending a link which is spammy. It shows up on my funnel when I post but not the demo sites? What am I missing?

The issue is that your demo sites lack OG (Open Graph) tags. Your funnel platform (like ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel) automatically generates these tags so the image previews work perfectly. Your custom demo sites don't have them set up, which is why they just show a bare, spammy link on Skool. How to fix it: - Go into the settings/head code of your demo site builder. - Look for SEO settings, Social Sharing, or Open Graph. - Upload your preview image to the "Social Share Image" or OG Image field. - Save and publish.
