Demo Agent Set UP Question
Hey everybody - noob question here. I'm setting up the demo ai receptionist on my site. I've set up the agent and imported the demo prompt. However, I'm confused about this part: "Pre-Call Preparation: Before beginning the call, silently review your knowledge base containing objection handling scripts and NEPQ frameworks. Reference this data proactively throughout the conversation and when obstacles arise." My question is where do we find the objection handling scripts and NEPQ frameworks to input into the knowledge base? TIA!
