Aid disbursement… anyone had this happen??? 🤨🤔😅
Soooo… I waited a while for money to come in from my loan refund. May 7th it finally hit… Awesome!!! Then two weeks later another one hit. Cool! Figured it was just time for the next one since the first one took a bit to arrive. Now, exactly one week later, I get ANOTHER deposit??? I mean, I’m happy, I’ll take it. lol 😂 but it also has me a little nervous and worried… 😅🥴🤦🏼♀️ Like is it just all coming back to back and nothing more until like fall? Ooorrrrr… did someone on their side make a boo-boo? 😅 Anyone else had theirs come in back to back like this??

Laptop
Those of you that have signed the agreement and received your laptop… how long after you signed the agreement did it take for you to get the email with tracking information?? I signed mine the 19th and have been checking my email multiple times a day 😅😂 Anxiously awaiting any updates about it lol but I also need to make sure someone is home to sign for it when it is finally coming… so I’m curious just how long it took for you guys!

@Larry Hicks yeah, the Neo with the same processing chip as my iPhone 16 Pro Max. 🤦🏼♀️ I’ve heard they’re a glorified Apple version of a Chromebook, but I’m hoping it’s decent enough. I just wish they were still shipping out the MacBook Airs instead. It’s based on availability though as well, so I’d hoped they’d go on back order. I’ve been using a combo of my phone and my iPad Pro since I have the Magic Keyboard with the trackpad for it and it’s kind of like a little mini laptop. I have an older Alienware laptop but the battery is bad so I have to keep it plugged in to use it, so it’s not as convenient as my iPad is. I’ll be happy to have something slightly larger to use that’s more convenient.

@James Hart true! lol I think I’d take the Neo over the M2 as well. I was hoping for the M4 since a LOT of people were getting those before the Neo came out and, like you said, it has more RAM than the Neo. That’s my concern about it, honestly. I’ve been debating on buying the bullet when I have the money and just buying an Air, but I wanted to wait and see what gets sent (most likely the Neo) and how it is before doing that. Honestly, I almost went ahead and got one when that third disbursement payment hit 😅😂

@Ian Rosean man, that really sucks. I guess, they got your money (Pell grant) at least for the first term and you’d have to return the laptop then too so they’re probably like “whatever!!” I don’t even know where to start with making a complaint and actually getting it heard. 😕

@Maestro Collective I didn’t want to mess up links I’d already shared and honestly I wasn’t sure if I moved the ones I’ve shared into a folder on Goodnotes if that would mess it up lol so I needed to find something free that I could add unlimited links to so I could put everything in one place and make it easy for people to find and use. Link tree was the best option I could find without messing anything up and it’s free lol 😂
