Hey Team, it took a bit longer than expected but the organic strength class from last night is uploaded and ready to go if anyone wants to do it as a catch up session. You will need a bit of floor space, some wall space, a basketball and 6 jenga blocks (or anything else similar in size). This session leans heavily into the task based play style of working out. It's fun and engaging while also being hard work. As always I'd love to know what you think if you do the recording.
