Organic strength class
Hey Team, it took a bit longer than expected but the organic strength class from last night is uploaded and ready to go if anyone wants to do it as a catch up session. You will need a bit of floor space, some wall space, a basketball and 6 jenga blocks (or anything else similar in size). This session leans heavily into the task based play style of working out. It's fun and engaging while also being hard work. As always I'd love to know what you think if you do the recording.

New meal in the movement snacks.
Hey Team, I've filmed a new follow along that falls loosely into the category of organic strength. It's more of a meal than a snack and it tests your strength, endurance and hip mobility while still being playful. This is not a session you will want to jump in on if you feel like crawling is problematic for you. In terms of equipment you need a floor, a basketball, a jenga block and yourself :)

Awesome and challenging session, Glenn - thank you! With the cossack-style move (squat first, then leg out) I found it easier to extend the leg from the full squat, and almost impossible when I lifted up slightly into a more "halfway down" squat, then tried to extend the leg out - like you were doing! Loved the variety of exercises and jenga reach was super fun! Looking forward to the next Organic Strength!
