I am always surrounded by candy/donuts/cupcakes at work (yay healthcare). I didn’t realized how much I was consuming until I started logging it for this challenge. I started meal prepping 12oz protein drinks and I take a big drink of that when I want the candy. I went the rest of the week without any of the sweets AND I’ve hit my protein goal!
