We’re looking for 2 appointment setters to help book calls for our agency PBA Growth. We help home improvement companies generate predictable inbound projects from Google, and we’re expanding our outbound efforts. This is a remote commission-based opportunity for someone who wants to learn sales and earn based on performance. 💰 Compensation You will earn $400–$500 per closed client. Our service is $2,500/month, and you will receive commission when a deal closes from an appointment you set. Example: 1 client closed = $400–$500 5 clients closed = $2,000–$2,500 There is no cap on earnings. Your Responsibilities - Cold calling business owners - Booking qualified appointments - Working from a lead list we provide - Updating a simple tracking sheet You are not responsible for closing deals, only booking the appointments. What We Provide - Lead lists - Proven cold call script - Sales training (if needed) - Support and feedback No dialer is provided — you’ll need a way to make calls. Expected Activity We’re looking for setters who can make roughly 80–120 calls per day. Leads are primarily home improvement companies in Canada (Ontario, Alberta, BC).
